P r o g r e s s i v e Shipbuilders and Fabricators, Inc. of Houma, La. recently delivered the aluminum crew/supply boat Port Arthur to Port Arthur, Inc., also of Houma. The 110-foot boat has a beam of 24 feet and depth of 10 feet 6 inches. She
