Campbell Industries, San Diego, Calif., has delivered its second tug/supply vessel, the Independence Service, for Zapata Marine (U.S.), Inc., a subsidiary of Zapata Corporation, Houston, Texas. The new U.S.-flag ship is the second of six being built for Zapata.
